HACCP, TACCP AND VACCP
In this hands-on web-training, the tutor will work with students to conduct hazard analysis and determine critical control points in process flow charts borrowed from the industry. The concepts of TACCP and VACCP will be introduced. The participants must have some prior exposure to HACCP. It will be interactive session with a high degree of industrial learning with a trainer who has been an implementer, trainer and auditor of HACCP.
