Two Day Training Programme on HACCP (Day 2)

This online training involves step by step walk through the entire Pre-Requisite Programme (PRP) to HACCP on Day 1 of the training. On day 2, we’ll focus on understanding the principles of HACCP, conducting Hazard Analysis and determining Critical Control Points using the Decision Making Tree. This programme is apt for Students and Professionals who want to develop a thorough understanding of PRP and HACCP. The importance of HACCP is that it forms the basis of many other advanced food safety standards.
Who should attend: Students of Bachelors and Masters Programmes of Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Nutrition, Agri Business Management, and any professional in the food and food division of hospitality sector. A thorough understanding and ability to implement HACCP is a Must-Have skill for the food sector.
