Dr. Ruchi Srivastava is a dynamic consultant and trainer having vast exposure to the food sector in India and abroad. During her 13 years of work experience in the food industry, she has been an academician, author, corporate leader, auditor, researcher, trainer and consultant. – all in the food sector. She holds deep-rooted knowledge and insight into the industry.
She earned her PhD from IIT, Delhi. In her M.Tech that she completed from College of Engineering of G.B.Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, she specialized in Food Biotechnology Engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi.
Ruchi has a deep insight into Organisational Management in Food Processing Industry as that was the subject of her PhD research in IIT, Delhi. Her thesis elaborates the characteristics of an organisation that determine its effectiveness or lack of it. She has worked with organisations in the evaluation and provided recommendations for enhancement of their organisational effectiveness.

Ruchi has national and international exposure, to industry best practices, by virtue of her past work as a food safety auditor and also her training and exposure to processing and retail operations of India, USA and Costa Rica. As a consultant and trainer, she has worked with corporate and government organisations, academic and research institutions in India and abroad (Europe, Central America and South East Asia).
She, along with her team, brings a wealth of experience and strong understanding of the food sector, the challenges and opportunities faced by professionals working in the food sector in India and abroad. She supports the development of leaders, aspirants and leadership teams in this sector, equipping them with technical and managerial skills to do brilliantly well in their profession.
