Social Responsibilities of a Food Scientist

FreeFood is a part of everybody’s life, and food processing touches most lives to some extent, large or small. Food processing professionals, food scientists, and other decision-makers in the food sector have an important job to do because the communities in which we live and the communities much farther out, are ultimately affected by the work that we do. In this context, the present Web-talk undertakes to review the characteristics of a responsible food scientist.
